We understand that teeth are not the whole picture, just part of it. Many environmental, psychological and physical factors affect what happens in our mouths. This is why we have focused on looking at areas around and beyond dentistry itself.
We have a therapy room where we will be offering massage, acupuncture and other complementary therapies.

Anita’s interest in philosophy developed back in school, and led her to teachings by many well known masters of genuine lineages. Her first month long retreat was in Nepal in 2011. What followed was an entire shift in perspective and life, with many subsequent retreats, courses and interactions. She completed a two year certificate on The Foundation of Buddhist Thought in 2017, plus has over a decade of experience with various meditation practices and yoga. Intertwining this all with a busy modern life is the practice itself, and sharing with others how to do this is her passion.
